Concrete Foundation Crew – Risk Warning & Liability Disclaimer


1. Inherently Dangerous Activity


Parkour, freerunning, obstacle training, and related activities involve significant physical risk. These activities may include running, jumping, climbing, vaulting, balancing, landing from heights, and other dynamic movements.

Participation in these activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Falls from height

Collisions with obstacles or other participants

Slips or loss of balance

Muscle strains, sprains, or fractures

Serious injury, permanent disability, or death

By accessing this website or participating in any activity organized by Concrete Foundation Crew (CFC), you acknowledge that parkour is a high-risk physical activity.


2. Participation at Your Own Risk

All participants engage in parkour activities entirely at their own risk.

Concrete Foundation Crew (CFC), including its owners, coaches, staff, contractors, and representatives, shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death that may occur during or as a result of participation in classes, events, training sessions, workshops, or any other activities associated with CFC.

This includes activities conducted at:

Central Square Sandton, Schools

Any other venue where CFC may host training or events.


3. Waiver Requirement

All participants, or parents/guardians of participants under 18 years of age, must complete and sign an official Liability Waiver and Indemnity Form before participating in any Concrete Foundation Crew activities.

Failure to complete the required waiver prohibits participation in any class or event.


4. Health & Fitness Responsibility

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they or their child are physically capable of participating in parkour training.

If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that could affect safe participation, you should consult a medical professional before engaging in parkour activities.


5. Media & Photography

Concrete Foundation Crew may capture photos and video recordings during classes, training sessions, or events for promotional and marketing purposes.

By participating in CFC activities, you acknowledge that media may be captured and used for:

Website content

Marketing materials

Participants or parents/guardians may withdraw media consent in writing at any time by contacting:

6. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or registering for any activity with Concrete Foundation Crew, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this risk warning and liability disclaimer.
